The Village & The Marketplace shopping centers in City of Industry set out on a mission to study the behavior of their customers. Feltman Agency analyzed mobile data from tens of millions of devices in order to gather this information and report back to the team. The data collected included month-over-month and year-over-year comparisons of their traffic. The messages deducted from this information can be used to attract high value customers, engage ideal tenants, and identify acquisition opportunities for the shopping center. It can also be used to gage how certain marketing strategies are performing. In the examples above, YouTube video performance can be studied through the data collected. We make sense of all of the statistics and condense the important stuff into digestible presentations.
